As at Fri 9 Oct 2026The renewal order form signed 14 Aug 2026 sets Starter at £26k a year for 25 users, 29 Aug 2026 to 28 Aug 2027. Seven documents are executed and four drafts are superseded. The £24k the renewal proposals call contracted matches no single executed order form.
Executed: the renewal order form signed 14 Aug 2026 governs the current Starter term, 29 Aug 2026 to 28 Aug 2027. It sets Starter at £22k plus additional 10 users at £4,000, an annual recurring charge of £26k for 25 licensed users, with no discount.
Earlier executed paper: the MSA and data processing agreement of 15 Aug 2025, the implementation and referral partner agreement of 21 Oct 2025 and the partner data access schedule of 28 Oct 2025 still stand. The first-term order form of 15 Aug 2025 (£20k a year) and the add-on order form of 5 May 2026 (£4,000 a year) both ended on 28 Aug 2026.
Open items: four drafts remain on file: the proposal of 23 Jul 2025, the MSA v2 of 5 Aug 2025, the expansion proposal of 27 Apr 2026 and the renewal proposal of 18 Jun 2026. Each is superseded by executed copies and binds no one.
Contradictions:
- The renewal proposals of 18 Jun 2026 and 23 Jun 2026 call £24k the contracted figure; the executed paper holds £20k and £4,000 in two separate order forms.
- The expansion proposals of 27 Apr 2026 and 30 Apr 2026 leave £4,000 and £1,260 unreconciled; the executed add-on form explains £1,260 as the value of a short term.
- The renewal draft of 18 Jun 2026 sets the nightly refresh by 07:00 UK time; the first order form says customer local time, and the renewal order form says only the standard morning time.
Commitments: the renewal order form commits 99.5% availability, P1 first response of 4 business hours and a credit of 5% of one month's fee for availability only. Billing is annual in advance, payable 30 days from invoice.
Partner and data terms: the data processing agreement requires breach notification without undue delay. The partner papers set consent-based access through named accounts and no referral fee unless signed in writing by both parties.
Gaps: every customer signatory is unnamed except Femi Adeyemi on the partner agreement. The renewal order form states no connector delivery dates, and no signed referral fee record appears in these documents.
