What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026A final QBR deck prepared by Marcus Bell on 28 Sep 2026. It shows Starter tier use with contracted annual recurring revenue of £26k, 25 licensed users and a little under six active daily. It sets five actions and commits no service terms.
What it is: a BG-Demo customer review deck written by Marcus Bell, Customer Success Manager. It states "Contracted annual recurring revenue | £26k", "Licensed users | 25" and a current term ending 28 Aug 2027.
Usage: "on average a little under six people were active each day over the last thirty days", slightly down on the previous quarter. Two tickets were raised, none high priority, and no invoices are overdue.
Commits: nothing contractual. It lists proposed actions owned by Marcus, and a renewal conversation led by Sophie Ling ahead of the term end.
Not settled: who the active users are, which questions they ask, and any measured value or time saved. The deck says the signals "do not tell me who the active people are". It is a BG-Demo summary, not the order form, so the contract wording still decides price and terms.

Body
Mossbrook Data Partners - QBR
Final | Prepared by Marcus Bell, Customer Success Manager, BG-Demo | Review date: 28 Sep 2026
1. Why we are meeting
This is the review of how Mossbrook Data Partners is using B-Viz on the Starter tier. I've pulled the numbers from the last quarter and kept this to what they show and what they don't.
What I want to cover:
- where the account stands today
- how the team is using B-Viz
- support and billing
- what we would like to do next
2. Account snapshot
| Item | Position |
|---|---|
| Organisation | Mossbrook Data Partners, Manchester |
| Tier | Starter |
| Customer since | 29 Aug 2025 |
| Current term ends | 28 Aug 2027 |
| Contracted annual recurring revenue | £26k |
| Licensed users | 25 |
| Account owner | Sophie Ling |
| Customer Success Manager | Marcus Bell |
Mossbrook is a Snowflake-specialist data consultancy. It builds and runs data warehouses for around sixty mid-sized clients in the North West, and it uses B-Viz for its own client base. It was our first implementation and referral partner, so the account matters to us beyond its size.
3. Usage
Read the whole document (3,734 characters)
- Active users: on average a little under six people were active each day over the last thirty days. That is slightly down on the previous quarter, a small dip rather than a sharp fall.
- Licensed users: the contract covers 25 users, so only a minority of the licensed seats are being used on a typical day.
- What the data does not show: the signals I have do not tell me who the active people are, or which questions they ask. I would like to learn that from your team rather than guess.
The gap between licensed and active users is the main thing I want to talk about. It could simply be that B-Viz is used by a core group. It could also mean some colleagues have not been shown how it helps their work.
4. Value
- Mossbrook uses B-Viz across its own client base, which is the use case the Starter tier was set up for.
- As a referral partner, Mossbrook's view of the product carries weight with the clients it recommends us to.
- I don't have a measured figure for time saved. I'd like to agree with you one or two simple ways to show the value in your own terms, so the case is easy to make internally at renewal.
5. Support and service
| Measure | Last thirty days |
|---|---|
| Tickets raised | two |
| High priority tickets | none |
Ticket volume is low and nothing urgent has come in. Low volume alongside a small dip in active users is not a worry on its own, but I would rather ask than assume. Is the team getting what it needs, or are people working around something without telling us?
6. Billing
- No invoices are overdue.
- Payments are up to date, so there is nothing to resolve on the finance side.
7. Proposed actions
| Action | Owner | Timing |
|---|---|---|
| Short call with your team leads to find out who uses B-Viz day to day and who doesn't | Marcus Bell | Within the next couple of weeks |
| Offer a refresher session for colleagues with a licence but little activity | Marcus Bell | Following the call |
| Agree one or two value measures that Mossbrook finds useful | Marcus Bell with your team | Before the end of the quarter |
| Look at the two recent tickets together and confirm both are closed to your satisfaction | Marcus Bell | This week |
| Renewal conversation ahead of the term end on 28 Aug 2027, including commercial terms | Sophie Ling, with Marcus Bell | Well before the renewal notice is due |
8. Next steps
- I'll send a short note after this review with the actions above.
- Happy to jump on a call whenever suits your team.
- Any questions on commercial terms go to Sophie Ling, who owns the account.
Thanks, Marcus
