Release four-twelve went live at 18:30 on 20 Jul 2026. From 07:42 the next morning, 74 tickets came in from 52 customers. B-Viz stayed available but its data was stale. Two Enterprise freshness credits followed, and Quillmark Health was lost, citing the incident.

Release: release four-twelve, the incremental-load scheduler change, went live at 18:30 on Mon 20 Jul 2026. Ewan Pryce, Head of Platform, was on holiday from 20 Jul 2026, and Kieran Walsh, Platform Engineer, was in week 7 after starting on 8 Jun 2026.

First ticket: Callum Reid at Fenmoor Specialty Underwriting raised it at 07:42 on 21 Jul 2026. Tickets followed from 21 Jul 2026 to 23 Jul 2026, 74 from 52 customers.

Response: Fenmoor is on Enterprise, with a 30 min P1 target, and its first ticket waited 45 min. Veldmaat Payments is on Growth, with a 1 h target, and waited 3 h 10 min. Kingdon Diagnostics, on Enterprise, waited 2 h 45 min.
