The annual recurring charge is the yearly price of the add-on line. The total contract value is the amount payable for the period from the start date to the end date shown above. No one-off implementation fee applies to this order form.
The existing Starter subscription continues under its own terms. The Starter subscription is contracted at £20k a year, and that figure is not changed by this order form.
What the add-on provides
- One block of additional users on top of the users included in the Starter subscription (the Starter allowance is 15 licensed users).
- The extra users have the same access as existing Starter users: pages, chat and search over the connected sources.
- The add-on does not change the number of connectors, which stays at the Starter limit.
- The add-on does not include Premium support, the Sandbox, dedicated data residency or on-site training. Any of those would need a separate order form.

The Starter service levels apply to the whole subscription, including the users added by this order form.

Service credits under the Starter tier are given for availability only. A nightly refresh that completes late is not an availability failure and does not give rise to a service credit under this order form.
Billing and payment
- BG-Demo will invoice the annual recurring charge in advance, in a single annual invoice.
- Each invoice is payable within 30 days of the invoice date.
- All amounts are stated in pounds sterling and exclude VAT, which is added at the prevailing rate where it applies.
- Invoices will be sent to the Mossbrook Data Partners finance contact already held on the account.
Term and renewal
- This order form starts on 6 May 2026 and ends on 28 Aug 2026.
- It renews together with the Starter subscription. BG-Demo's customer success manager will give notice of the renewal in good time before the end date, and the add-on will be reviewed as part of that conversation.
- If the users added here are no longer needed, Mossbrook Data Partners should say so before the end date so that the renewal can be set up correctly.
General terms
- This order form is made under, and forms part of, the Master Services Agreement between the parties. If this order form and the Master Services Agreement conflict, this order form prevails for the lines and service levels listed above.
- This executed order form is the record of the price and terms for the add-on. It supersedes any earlier draft, quote or CRM entry for the same items.
- Nothing in this order form changes the data processing terms already agreed. B-Viz continues to run inside Mossbrook Data Partners' own Snowflake account.
