What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026A proposal from Sophie Ling dated 28 Jul 2025 for the Starter tier at £20k a year, billed annually in advance. Total first-year deal value is £26k including one-off implementation. It is a proposal, not an executed order form.
What it is: a sales proposal from Sophie Ling to Mossbrook Data Partners, marked final in storage. The text says "Sign an order form under our master agreement, which sets the contracted price, term and service levels."
Commits: it states price only. "£20k is the annual subscription price" and the £26k "is the first-year commitment including the one-off implementation fee, and it is not an annual price."
Unusual: nothing off standard terms. Service levels, users and connectors are described only as the standard Starter allowances, with no figures. Connector delivery is promised only as "live within an agreed number of days".
Not settled: the document does not show whether an order form was signed, the contracted term, or any discount. The £20k matches the v1 Starter list price, so a later renewal may be affected by the v2 price book.

Body
Mossbrook Data Partners - Proposal
Prepared for: Mossbrook Data Partners, Manchester Prepared by: Sophie Ling, Account Executive, BG-Demo Date: 28 July 2025 Version: Final Proposed tier: Starter
Context
Mossbrook Data Partners is a Snowflake-specialist data consultancy. It builds and runs data warehouses for about sixty mid-sized clients across the North West. Much of Mossbrook's day-to-day work depends on knowing what is going on across its own client base: who is asking for what, which engagements are healthy, what was agreed on a call and what is sitting in an email thread or a ticket.
Today that picture is assembled by hand. Our conversations have shown a team that is very comfortable with data but spends time reconciling its own systems rather than asking questions of them. Because Mossbrook already lives in Snowflake, B-Viz is a natural fit: it is built and run inside the customer's own Snowflake account, so the data stays where Mossbrook already governs it.
This proposal sets out what we would put in place for Mossbrook's own client base, what it costs and how we would get started.
What B-Viz would do for Mossbrook
Read the whole document (5,047 characters)
B-Viz is one AI-queryable layer over the systems a business already uses: CRM, calls, emails, tickets, product usage, finance and HR data. For Mossbrook we expect the value to come from three things:
- Fewer manual reconciliations. Account managers and delivery leads ask B-Viz rather than cross-checking several tools before a client conversation.
- A single view of each client. Calls, emails, tickets and commercial history sit together, so a new member of the team can get up to speed on an account quickly.
- Questions answered in plain English. Pages, chat and search let people without deep technical skills get to an answer without waiting for someone in the data team.
We would be glad to run this on Mossbrook's own data first, as we do in every demo, so the team can judge the result against real accounts rather than slideware.
Scope: the Starter tier
Starter is designed for one team, which matches how Mossbrook wants to begin. It includes:
| Area | What is included |
|---|---|
| Team coverage | One team |
| Users | The standard Starter user allowance |
| Connectors | The standard Starter connector allowance |
| Features | Pages, chat and search |
| Customer success | A six-monthly check-in with your customer success manager, Marcus Bell |
| Hosting | Built and run inside Mossbrook's own Snowflake account |
| Service levels | The standard Starter service levels for availability, first response on priority issues and nightly refresh |
The Starter user allowance is a soft limit and the connector allowance is a hard limit. If Mossbrook outgrows either, we would discuss additional users, additional connectors or a move to Growth, which adds the dashboards builder and quarterly business reviews. Nothing in this proposal commits Mossbrook to that.
Implementation
Implementation is a one-off, fixed-fee engagement. It covers connecting the agreed systems to B-Viz inside Mossbrook's Snowflake account, loading and checking the first data, and training the team. Because the fee is fixed, there is no risk of the work running over budget on Mossbrook's side. The connectors named in the order form will carry a commitment to be live within an agreed number of days.
As a Snowflake specialist, Mossbrook will find the technical set-up familiar, and we expect to work closely with your data team during this phase.
Pricing
| Item | Amount |
|---|---|
| Starter annual subscription, billed annually in advance | £20k |
| One-off implementation fee | Included in the total below |
| Total deal value (subscription plus one-off implementation) | £26k |
To be clear about what the figures mean: £20k is the annual subscription price. The total deal value of £26k is the first-year commitment including the one-off implementation fee, and it is not an annual price. In later years the subscription is the recurring element, subject to the renewal terms in the order form.
Quarterly billing is available on request, and our standard payment terms apply. All invoices are in pounds sterling.
How we would work together
- Agree scope. Confirm the systems to connect and the team that will use B-Viz first.
- Order form. Sign an order form under our master agreement, which sets the contracted price, term and service levels.
- Implementation. Connect the sources, check the data and train the team.
- Go live and review. Move into normal use, with Marcus Bell looking after adoption from then on.
Next steps
- Mossbrook confirms the connectors and the team it wants to start with.
- Sophie Ling issues the order form for review.
- Once signed, Marcus Bell books the kick-off with your data team.
If anything in this proposal is unclear, or if you would like to adjust the scope before we move to an order form, please contact Sophie Ling.
