What the paper says
Document roll-up
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Kelbrook Mutual Insurance renewed Growth on an order form signed 14 Jan 2026: £58k a year, 80 licensed users, 17 Jan 2026 to 16 Jan 2028, with no break. All 24 documents were read. Three drafts and the 2023 to 2025 proposals are superseded, and the latest QBR shows active use falling.
Executed: The renewal order form signed 14 Jan 2026 is the live contract. It sets Growth at £58k a year (£116k total contract value) for a fixed two-year term from 17 Jan 2026 to 16 Jan 2028, with 80 licensed users, priced on the v1 price book.
The signed MSA and DPA of 3 Jan 2024 sit beneath it. The first order form, signed 3 Jan 2024 at £56k a year in recurring charges, ran to 16 Jan 2026 and is superseded.
Open items: Three drafts are on file, and the executed paper supersedes all of them:
- Proposal v1 of 28 Nov 2023
- MSA v2 of 18 Dec 2023
- Renewal Proposal v1 of 12 Nov 2025, which named £58k as provisional
The final renewal proposals of 17 Nov 2025 and 25 Nov 2025 are also superseded.
Contradictions: The 25 Nov 2025 proposal to Malcolm Hebden, Chief Financial Officer, states no fee and puts the refresh at 07:00 UK time. The executed order form fixes £58k and 07:00 customer local time.
The 17 Nov 2025 proposal states no term length, while the executed form fixes two years. The signed MSA gives a term ending 16 Jan 2026, yet the renewal sits under it. The evidence does not show an MSA extension.
Commitments: BG-Demo commits to 99.5% availability, a 1 business hour P1 first response and a nightly refresh by 07:00 on business days. The service credit is 10% of one month's fee, for availability only, so freshness misses earn no credit.
Billing is annual in advance, with payment 30 days from the invoice date. Under the DPA, customer data stays in Kelbrook's Snowflake account and breaches are notified without undue delay.
Gaps: The renewal order form does not itemise the additional-user packs that the 2024 form priced separately. It refers to connectors only through the Growth allowance and any earlier order form, and neither order form names the customer signatory.
The DPA routes breach notices to Tom Ashdown, and that contact should be confirmed. The 6 Sep 2026 QBR shows about a dozen active users against 80 licensed. The fixed term means any licence change waits for 16 Jan 2028.
