- This order form is governed by the Master Services Agreement. If the two conflict on price, term or service levels, this order form prevails for those points.
- Discounts, where any applied, relate to the first term only and do not carry into this renewal.
- Changes to users, connectors or add-ons during the term are made by written variation and priced separately.
- Customer data stays in the customer's Snowflake account throughout the term.
