What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Final QBR deck by Marcus Bell dated 7 Jun 2026. Growth tier, £58k contracted, 80 licensed users, term to 16 Jan 2028. Support and billing are clean, but fewer than a quarter of seats are active and use slipped slightly.
What it is: a customer-facing quarterly review prepared by Marcus Bell, stored as final. It states "Current term ends | 16 Jan 2028" and "Annual recurring revenue (contracted) | £58k", a deck figure that should be checked against the order form.
Findings: "fewer than a quarter of the licensed seats were active on an average day", and active users were "a little lower than in the prior quarter". Tickets and overdue invoices are both none.
Commits: no service levels or price terms. The plan is BG-Demo actions only: share a per-team usage breakdown, hold an adoption working session, then look at the dashboards builder or training.
Not settled: which teams the active users sit in, questions asked and records indexed (deferred to the working session), and who at Kelbrook owns adoption. The deck gives no customer signatory. The "within the next couple of weeks" timings are relative to 7 Jun 2026, so the evidence does not show whether they happened.

Body
Kelbrook Mutual Insurance - QBR
Quarterly business review, prepared by Marcus Bell, Customer Success Manager, BG-Demo. Review date: 7 Jun 2026. Account owner: Tom Ashdown. Status: Final.
Agenda
- Where we are on the contract
- How B-Viz is being used
- Support and billing health
- What the usage tells us
- Plan for the coming quarter
I have pulled the numbers from the usage reports, the helpdesk and the accounting records. Where the evidence does not show something, I say so on the slide.
Your contract at a glance
| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Organisation | Kelbrook Mutual Insurance, Leeds |
| Tier | Growth |
| Customer since | 17 Jan 2024 |
| Current term ends | 16 Jan 2028 |
| Annual recurring revenue (contracted) | £58k |
| Licensed users | 80 |
Kelbrook bought Growth on a two-year term so that member services, underwriting and claims can see each member's policies, claims and calls together. The term runs to 16 Jan 2028, so there is no renewal decision in the coming quarter. That gives us room to work on adoption rather than on paperwork.
Usage: the headline
Read the whole document (5,062 characters)
- Across the last thirty days, fewer than a quarter of the licensed seats were active on an average day.
- Against the 80 licensed users, that leaves a lot of seats that are paid for and not yet in regular use.
- Active users were a little lower than in the prior quarter. It is a small move, but it is the wrong direction, and I would rather talk about it now than wait for it to grow.
What the numbers do not show: they do not tell us which teams the active users sit in, or whether the quieter seats belong to people who are meant to be using B-Viz daily. That is the first thing I would like to settle with you.
Usage: how to read it
I read usage by trajectory, not by level. A steady group of daily users who ask real questions is healthy. A group that is slowly shrinking deserves attention before it becomes a habit.
- Headroom: the gap between licensed seats and active users is the biggest opportunity on this account. More of the three teams using B-Viz day to day means more value from the same subscription.
- Watch point: the small fall against the prior quarter. One quarter is not a trend, and I am not drawing a conclusion from it.
- Not covered here: questions asked and records indexed. I will bring these to the working session so we can look at who is asking what.
Support and service
| Measure | Last thirty days |
|---|---|
| Tickets raised | none |
| High-priority tickets | none |
No tickets and no high-priority issues. On its own that is good news: nothing is broken that you have needed to tell us about. Read alongside the usage, though, a quiet helpdesk can also mean people are simply not using the product much. I would like to find out which it is by asking your teams directly, rather than guessing.
Billing
- No overdue invoices.
- Nothing in accounting that needs discussion.
Payments are on time, so there is no money concern on this account. Any conversation about value is about getting more from the subscription, not about a billing problem.
What we think is going on
These are my working views, to be tested with you, not findings.
- The core group who use B-Viz are getting on with it and not reporting problems.
- Wider adoption across member services, underwriting and claims has not spread as far as the 80 licensed seats would allow.
- With no tickets, we have had no prompts from your side to look at training or set-up, so it is on us to ask.
Growth includes the dashboards builder. If your teams are not yet building their own views, that may be one of the easier ways to bring more people in. I would want to hear from you first on whether it would be useful.
Plan for the coming quarter
| Action | Who | When |
|---|---|---|
| Share the per-team usage breakdown with your main contact | Marcus Bell | Within the next couple of weeks |
| Hold a working session on adoption: which teams, which roles, which questions | Marcus Bell with your team leads | Shortly after the breakdown is shared |
| Look at whether the dashboards builder or short training sessions would help the quieter teams | Marcus Bell | Following the working session |
| Keep Tom Ashdown informed on anything commercial that comes out of the session | Marcus Bell | Ongoing |
Happy to jump on a call at any point before then.
Decisions and asks
- Please let me know who on your side should own adoption across the teams.
- Please tell me if there are teams who were meant to be using B-Viz and are not.
- Please tell me if anything has changed in how your teams work that we should know about.
Commercial questions go to Tom Ashdown, who owns the contract with you.
Summary
- Contract is stable and runs to 16 Jan 2028.
- Support and billing are clean.
- Active use is a small fraction of the licensed seats and slipped slightly against the prior quarter.
- Focus for the coming quarter is adoption, starting with a clear picture of who uses B-Viz and who does not.
Thanks, Marcus
