What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Final QBR deck prepared by Marcus Bell on 8 Dec 2024 for a Growth customer on a two-year term ending 16 Jan 2026. It states contracted annual recurring revenue of £56k and 80 licensed users. It is a review, not a contract, and is now stale.
What it is: a quarterly business review deck by Marcus Bell, Customer Success Manager. It reports "Plan: Growth, on a two-year term ending 16 Jan 2026" and "Licensed users: 80", with active users up on the prior quarter but a minority of seats active.
Commits: no service levels, price or billing terms are stated. The actions are Marcus grouping the five recent tickets by category and bringing usage detail, and Kelbrook naming one contact per team and collecting a value example from each.
Unusual: the deck gives "Contracted annual recurring revenue: £56k" as a statement in a CSM deck, not from an order form. It names Tom Ashdown as account owner, which HR records should confirm today.
Not settled: questions asked, records indexed and connector counts are not covered. The renewal outcome after 16 Jan 2026 is not shown. The deck is almost two years old as of the as-of date.

Body
Kelbrook Mutual Insurance - QBR
Quarterly business review, prepared 8 Dec 2024
Prepared by Marcus Bell, Customer Success Manager, BG-Demo Account owner: Tom Ashdown Status: Final
Where we are
- Kelbrook Mutual Insurance has been a B-Viz customer since 17 Jan 2024.
- Plan: Growth, on a two-year term ending 16 Jan 2026.
- Contracted annual recurring revenue: £56k.
- Licensed users: 80.
- Kelbrook is a mutual insurer of schools, churches, charities and community buildings, owned by its members. B-Viz was bought so that member services, underwriting and claims can see each member's policies, claims and calls together.
Purpose of today: look at how the teams are using B-Viz, talk through the support picture, and agree what we do together over the coming months.
Usage this quarter
| Measure | Position |
|---|---|
| Licensed users | 80 |
| Active users, 30-day average | Up on the prior quarter |
| Share of licensed seats active | A minority, so plenty of headroom |

I've pulled the numbers, and the direction is good: the average number of people using B-Viz each month has grown compared with the previous quarter. The level is still well below the number of licences Kelbrook holds. That is not a problem in itself. It tells us where the next gains are, because most of the seats have not yet been put to work.
What this pack does not show: questions asked, records indexed and connector counts are not covered here. I will bring those to the working session so we can read usage by team and not just in total.
What the teams are getting from it
- Member services: one view of a member's policies, claims and calls, so an adviser does not have to chase three systems.
- Underwriting: the same member picture available when a policy is being assessed.
- Claims: call history and claim history side by side.
These are the reasons Kelbrook bought B-Viz. For the next review I would like each team to give us one example in their own words of a task that now takes less effort. That gives us a value case that belongs to Kelbrook and not to us.
Support and service
- Five tickets were raised in the last 30 days.
- No high-priority tickets in that period.
- No overdue invoices on the account.
A small number of tickets alongside growing usage looks healthy. I have not grouped the five by category for this pack. I will do that before the working session so we can see whether any theme, such as a connector sync or data freshness question, needs attention.
Opportunities
- Bring more of the existing seats into use. Start with the teams that have the fewest active people. Happy to jump on a call with each team lead and run a short walkthrough.
- Build on what has been set up. Growth includes the dashboards builder. If any team wants a standing view of its own measures, we can help them build it.
- Keep the sources current. If Kelbrook changes any of its connected systems, tell us early so the nightly refresh carries on without a gap.
Actions
| Action | Owner | Timing |
|---|---|---|
| Group the recent tickets by category and share the result | Marcus Bell | Before the working session |
| Bring questions asked, records indexed and connector detail by team | Marcus Bell | Working session |
| Agree one named contact per team for adoption | Kelbrook | Working session |
| Collect one example of value from each team | Kelbrook, with Marcus Bell | Before the next review |
Looking ahead to renewal
The current term runs to 16 Jan 2026. There is time, and nothing is needed from Kelbrook today. I will start the renewal conversation well ahead of that date, and Tom Ashdown will join me for anything to do with commercial terms. The more concrete examples of value we have gathered by then, the easier that conversation will be for everyone.
Next step
Shall we book 30 minutes for the working session? I will send a couple of options.
Thanks, Marcus
