What the paper says
Document roll-up
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026All eight Hepscott Recruitment documents were read. The latest executed paper is the Starter order form signed 7 Aug 2024: £20k per year for 15 users, term 30 Aug 2024 to 29 Aug 2025, no renewal clause. No later order form is held.
Executed: Four documents are executed. The signed MSA, the signed DPA and the first signed Starter order form are all dated 16 Aug 2023, and the first order form covered 30 Aug 2023 to 29 Aug 2024.
The latest executed paper is the second signed order form, dated 7 Aug 2024. It sets £20k per year for 15 users, billed annual in advance on 30-day terms, 99.5% availability, P1 first response in four hours and a 5% credit. Its term ran 30 Aug 2024 to 29 Aug 2025.
Open items: Two drafts are held. Proposal v1 of 26 Jul 2023 was marked not for issue until pricing was confirmed, and MSA v2 of 8 Aug 2023 was marked not binding until signed.
The signed MSA of 16 Aug 2023 supersedes MSA v2. The final proposal of 31 Jul 2023 is a proposal, not contracted terms.
Contradictions: The 31 Jul 2023 proposal promises a P1 first response within four business hours. The signed MSA says within four hours and both signed order forms say four hours.
The two signed order forms word the service credit differently. The 16 Aug 2023 form gives 5% of one month's fee for an availability shortfall, and the 7 Aug 2024 form gives 5% of one month's fee for each month in breach. Prices match across every document at £20k.
Commitments: The service levels and billing terms in the 7 Aug 2024 order form applied to a term that ended on 29 Aug 2025. The documents do not show that these terms are still in force.
The signed DPA's duty to return or delete personal data at the end of the services remains a live obligation. Its sub-processor notice duty also remains live.
Gaps: No document covers any period after 29 Aug 2025, and no executed form contains a renewal or auto-renewal clause. These documents cannot show whether the account renewed, moved to v2 pricing or churned, so invoices and CRM must be checked.
The customer signatory is not named on any executed document. The onboarding plan of 3 Sep 2023 gives no milestone dates and does not show handover sign-off.
