What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Executed data processing agreement between BG-Demo and Hepscott Recruitment, signed 16 Aug 2023. It covers processing on the Customer's instructions, hosting in the Customer's own Snowflake account, sub-processors and deletion. It states no price, availability or response times.
What it is: a signed DPA that sits alongside the Master Services Agreement and the order form. It sets out how BG-Demo processes personal data for Hepscott Recruitment when providing B-Viz.
Commits: BG-Demo processes personal data "only to provide the service and on the Customer's documented instructions". It will not engage a sub-processor "without telling the Customer in advance", and will return or delete data as the Customer instructs when the services end.
Unusual: nothing off the standard terms. It states no service levels, price, billing terms, term length or renewal date, so there is no renewal trigger here.
Not settled: the signatories are named only by role (Account Executive and Authorised signatory), so the document does not show the customer's signatory. Any change of hosting location needs written agreement. No security measures are specified beyond "appropriate technical and organisational measures".
