What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Final version 1 onboarding plan for a Starter tier customer with 15 licensed users, issued 3 Sep 2023. It sets phases, owners and milestones. It states no price, availability, response time or other service term.
What it is: an onboarding plan issued 3 Sep 2023 for Hepscott Recruitment's move onto B-Viz on the Starter tier. It says the aim is for consultants "to be asking B-Viz questions soon after the first refresh lands".
Commits: Callie Brennan owns access, mapping, first refresh and handover. Daniel Okafor (customer success) and Tom Ashdown (account) own the ongoing adoption and renewal conversations. Credentials must be "received in writing before any connector is switched on".
Unusual: nothing off the standard terms. There is no price, no connector delivery date and no service level, so it is not a contract.
Not settled: the plan does not list the agreed sources, give dates for the milestones or show whether handover was signed off. It is a 2023 document, so it says nothing about the account's current state.
