Four of eight documents are executed. The Starter order form of 10 Oct 2025 runs to 23 Oct 2026 at £20k a year. A renewal order form signed 5 Oct 2026 continues Starter from 24 Oct 2026 to 23 Oct 2027 at £22k a year, with unchanged service levels.

Executed: the master services agreement, the data processing agreement and the first Starter order form were all signed on 10 Oct 2025. A Starter renewal order form was signed on 5 Oct 2026.

Current term: the 10 Oct 2025 order form sets £20k a year, billed annually in advance, for 24 Oct 2025 to 23 Oct 2026. The executed agreement adds a one-off £6,000 Starter implementation and gives a total contract value of £26k.
