What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Draft proposal for B-Viz Starter, prepared by Tom Ashdown on 6 Aug 2025 and marked not yet issued. It states a Starter subscription of £20k billed annually and a total deal value of £26k. Service levels are not quantified.
What it is: an unissued draft proposal for the Starter tier, headed "Draft for review. Not yet issued to Clayhithe Logistics." It is filed in the customer's Proposals folder and is not a contract.
Commits: nothing binding. It quotes "B-Viz Starter subscription, billed annually | £20k" and "Total deal value | £26k". The text does not say what makes up the £6,000 difference, so do not read it as ARR.
Unusual: the service levels section gives no figures. It says only "standard availability commitment" and "standard first response time", with full terms deferred to the master services agreement. Allowances are deferred to the order form.
Not settled: the document does not show whether a final proposal, order form or agreement followed. No start, end or renewal date is stated, and the customer signatory is not identified. It is an open item, and the executed paper decides price and terms.

About Clayhithe Logistics
Clayhithe Logistics runs a same-day and scheduled courier network for laboratories and science parks around Cambridge. Your teams want to see each client's jobs, delivery exceptions and invoices together, without reconciling them by hand between separate systems.
What we propose
We propose B-Viz on the Starter tier. Starter is built for one team, with the user and connector allowances set out in the order form. It gives your team pages, chat and search across the data you connect, plus a six-monthly check-in with your customer success manager.
B-Viz is built and run inside your own Snowflake account, so the data it works with stays in your environment.
