What the paper says
Document roll-up
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026The order form, MSA and DPA signed 23 Jan 2026 put Rufforth Bakeries on Growth at £48k a year from 6 Feb 2026 to 5 Feb 2027. Two drafts are superseded and match the executed terms. The 5% first-term discount and the missing renewal notice terms leave the renewal price open.
Executed: The signed order form of 23 Jan 2026 orders B-Viz Growth plus implementation from 6 Feb 2026 to 5 Feb 2027. The price is £48k a year after a 5% discount on the £50k unit price.
Executed: Implementation is £12k one-off, and the order form states a total contract value of £60k. The signed Master Services Agreement and the signed Data Processing Agreement carry the same date and the same commercial terms.
Open items: Proposal v1 of 18 Nov 2025 is an unissued draft. The draft Master Services Agreement v2 of 22 Dec 2025 is marked not for signature, and the signed copies superseded both drafts on 23 Jan 2026.
Open items: The proposal of 21 Nov 2025 is stored as final but reads as an open proposal awaiting an order form. The executed order form governs price and terms, not this proposal.
Contradictions: The draft MSA v2 matches the executed terms on fee, term and service levels, so no customer reliance on a different draft figure is shown. One wording difference: the security questionnaire of 30 Oct 2025 gives P1 response as one business hour, while the executed order form says within one hour.
Commitments:
- Availability 99.5% and P1 first response within one hour, under the executed order form.
- A service credit of 10% of one month's fee where availability is missed, above the standard 5% Growth credit.
- Annual billing on 30 days payment terms.
- Under the DPA, breach notice without undue delay and return or deletion of data at the end of the MSA.
Gaps: All eight documents were read. No executed document names the customer signatory beyond an authorised signatory, and none states a renewal date or notice period.
Gaps: The 5% discount applies to the first term only, so the renewal price after 5 Feb 2027 is not settled in any document. The security questionnaire leaves encryption and retention unanswered, and the onboarding plan of 14 Feb 2026 names no customer sponsor.
