1. Parties
Rufforth Bakeries, York (the Controller) and BG-Demo (the Processor).
2. Background
The Processor provides B-Viz to the Controller under the Master Services Agreement. B-Viz is built and run inside the Controller's own Snowflake account.
3. Subject matter
The Processor processes personal data contained in the systems the Controller connects to B-Viz, such as its CRM, call recordings, email, tickets, finance and HR data.
4. Instructions
