What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026After the 16 Mar 2026 demo, Graeme Outram asked about a security questionnaire and which systems connect first. He said a possible close around 12 May 2026 may not be realistic and depends on the review.
Ask: Graeme wants information governance to see security answers early, and wants a technical conversation about the first connection before he briefs his team.
Customer view: engaged but not committed. Stanedge will send its own questionnaire for Theo to answer, and Caroline takes the commercial side.
Next: Theo Gallagher to answer the questionnaire and agree the first connector.

- Tom Ashdown 16 Mar 2026 17:11Hi Caroline, Graeme, Thanks for your time today. I hope the rest of your week is a bit calmer than the insurer queries Caroline mentioned at the start. I've copied in Theo, our Solutions Engineer. He looks after security reviews and will be your contact for anything technical. Two things from the demo that I'd like to pick up: - Graeme, you asked how B-Viz sits inside your own Snowflake account and who would look after it day to day. Theo can walk you through that. - Caroline, you wanted to be clear on what the insurer would actually see. We can do a second session on your own insurer data if that helps. On the commercials, the figure we talked about for Enterprise was £140,000 in total, which includes the one-off implementation. I'm going from memory there, so I'll confirm it properly in the proposal before anyone relies on it. Let's get something in the diary for next week. Leave that with me if you'd rather I suggest slots. Best, Tom
- Graeme Outram 16 Mar 2026 17:36Tom, Thanks for the summary. Before we book anything, can you tell me whether Theo will have a security questionnaire for us to complete, or whether we send you ours? Information governance will want to see the answers before we go further, and I'd rather they saw it early than late. I'm also unclear which of our systems would need connecting first. I'd like to talk that through with someone technical before I say anything to the team. Regards, Graeme
- Tom Ashdown 16 Mar 2026 19:54Graeme, Caroline, Good questions, no drama. Theo, over to you on the detail, but my understanding is that you can send our standard security pack and also work from your own questionnaire if you'd prefer. Please correct me if I've got that wrong. On the first connection, I'd suggest we agree that together with Theo rather than me guessing. The aim would be to start with whatever answers Caroline's insurer questions most directly. Cheers, Tom
- Graeme Outram 17 Mar 2026 08:19Tom, That's helpful. We'll send our own questionnaire across so Theo can answer against it, with evidence where possible. I'll share it with him directly once information governance have signed off the version. Caroline will take the commercial side internally. You mentioned a possible close around 12 May 2026, but I can't say yet whether that is realistic for us. It depends on how quickly the review goes. Regards, Graeme
