After the QBR, Marcus Bell recapped usage, headroom in the 40 licensed users and the 6 May 2025 contract end. Vincent Ackerley asked for the usage summary and what Eccup Software would lose without B-Viz, and said not to rush.

Ask: Marcus offered a usage summary for Vincent and raised the renewal. Vincent replied the next day, asking to see what the team actually uses before any renewal discussion.

Customer view: The Chief Financial Officer frames the decision as a value test, including what would be lost without the product. His request to take it slowly sits against a contract end of 6 May 2025.

Next: Send the usage summary and use Holly and Oliver to show daily use. Marcus also noted room for more teams within the licensed users.

Hi all, Thanks for your time on the QBR. A short recap of what we covered, as promised. - Usage: active users are up on last quarter, and most of the activity is customer success reading tickets and renewals per provider. - Licences: you are using a good share of the 40 licensed users, so there is room for more teams if you want it. - Contract: the Growth subscription runs to 6 May 2025, so we should talk about the renewal in the coming weeks. - Tickets: only one in the last month, nothing high priority. I've pulled the numbers into a short usage summary and can send it over for Vincent to look at. Happy to jump on a call if anyone wants to go through it. Thanks, Marcus

Marcus, Thank you for the recap, that is helpful. Please do send the usage summary. I would like to see what the team actually uses before we discuss the renewal, and what we would lose without it. Let's not rush. Holly and Oliver can talk you through how the team works day to day. Vincent Ackerley
