What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Ilse Kuipers reported renewal dashboards showing old figures after a failed nightly refresh, linked to a platform incident. She asked when they would be right. The ticket closed on 28 Jul 2026.
Problem: On 21 Jul 2026 Ilse Kuipers reported that renewal dashboards showed old figures after the overnight refresh, with renewal calls due later that week.
Handling: Bethan Lister linked the ticket to a platform incident after the nightly job failed. Ilse replied that reloading showed the same figures and asked for a time, and an internal note says the ticket would not close until the refresh ran cleanly, but the thread does not show that run before the ticket closed on 28 Jul 2026.
Watch: Stale figures before the customer's own renewal calls put that work at risk, and the thread gives no time for correct data.

- created · Ilse Kuipers 21 Jul 2026 11:17Hello, the renewal dashboards are showing old figures this morning. It looks like last night's refresh didn't finish. Could you confirm what's happening? We have renewal calls later this week, so this matters. Many thanks, Ilse
- Public reply · Bethan Lister 21 Jul 2026 13:57Hi Ilse, just so I've got this right, the renewal dashboards are showing old figures after last night's refresh? We're aware the refresh didn't complete for some customers, and I've picked this up with the engineering team. Can you try reloading the page and tell me what you see? Thanks, Bethan
- Public reply · Ilse Kuipers 22 Jul 2026 12:13Thanks Bethan. Reloading shows the same figures, so it isn't just my browser. Could we have a clear idea of when they'll be right? Ilse
- Internal note · Bethan Lister 22 Jul 2026 15:35Checked the refresh log for this org: the nightly job failed. Matches the platform incident, so linking. Customer wants a time and we don't have one yet. Not closing until the refresh has run cleanly.
