Problem: The team had to export all deadlines and sort them by hand, which took too long before a payroll run.
Handling: Ruth asked which page was in use and whether the groups were set up, then gave steps to filter by group and save the filter.
Watch: On 17 Jul 2026 the customer said the saved filter held. The record does not show later use of it.

We have a payroll run coming up, and the team currently has to export everything and sort it by hand, which takes far too long. I have been through the help pages but could not find the exact steps. Please could you let me know as soon as you can, as this is needed for the run. To give you the right steps, could you confirm whether you are working on the deadlines page or the employer summary page, and whether the groups are already set up in the platform? Please use the filter option on the deadlines page, choose the group from the list, then save the filter so it stays in place for the run. If the group does not appear in the list, tell me exactly what you see and I will look again straight away. Speak soon, Ruth
