What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Theo Gallagher demoed B-Viz on Plum Grove Staffing's billing export. Monique Jefferson found it closer than expected. Brianna Hollis needs the security pack and source list for IT. A proposal is next.
What happened: Theo showed open orders and invoice status side by side on the customer's billing export. The order export is not yet connected, so there were gaps.
Customer view: Monique said it was closer than she expected, and stopping the two-report export would be a big win. Brianna asked about stale connectors and who sees client pay rates.
Commercial: Jordan Pike said the next step is a proposal. Theo committed to send the sources and fields list by the end of next week, plus the control reference and role list.
Watch: IT sign-off is needed before anything connects. Monique does not want to be the only person who can ask questions, so a short session for more users was raised. No price or tier was discussed.

Next steps
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Theo Gallagher to send the sources and fields list by the end of next week, with the control reference and role list.
- Jordan Pike to bring the proposal to Monique and Brianna.
- Theo to set up a short session so more than one person is comfortable using it.
Risks
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- IT must sign off on sources and fields before anything connects, and the security pack was requested before the next call.
- Access to client pay rates is unresolved, and Theo Gallagher declined to say more until he has checked.
- Monique is the main user, which is a key-person risk unless more of her team are trained.
Opportunities
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- A proposal is the agreed next step after a demo that matched her Friday invoice check.
- Connecting the order export would close the gaps seen in the demo and widen the connector set.
Transcript
- Jordan PikeHi all, Jordan here. Quick agenda: Theo's going to show you the thing on your own data, then questions. About fifty minutes, and we'll stop on time. Can everyone hear me?
- Monique JeffersonHi Jordan. Yes, I can hear you. Hi Theo, hi Brianna.
- Brianna HollisHi, yes, all good. I've got the connector list open if we need it.
- Theo GallagherThanks, Brianna. Hi everyone. I'll go in order: where the data comes from, what it looks like once it's in, then what you can ask. Stop me any time, I'd rather answer as we go.
- Monique JeffersonSounds good. Our main question is orders against invoices, so start there if you can.
- Theo GallagherYes. I'm using the export you shared last week, so the numbers are your own. Brianna, is that the right billing export?
- Brianna HollisYes, that's the one from the billing system. The order export is separate, so you'll see gaps for those until we connect it.
- Theo GallagherNoted. Here is the client account, the open orders and the invoice status, side by side. Each row links back to its source, so you can check any line yourself.
- Monique JeffersonOh, that's close to what I do on Fridays. Can you filter it by shift date, just the unpaid ones?
- Theo GallagherYes. Filter by status, then by date. I'll type the question in plain words, and here is the result.
- Brianna HollisCan you show what happens when a connector stops loading? We had that with the old system and nobody noticed for ages.
- Theo GallagherGood question, and it's the one I'd ask too. Each source shows its last successful load. If it stops, the page says so rather than showing old numbers as current.
- Monique JeffersonSo how do I know the data is current when I look at it on a Monday?
- Theo GallagherEach page shows the last refresh time at the top. If it's older than you'd expect, you'll see it straight away. We can evidence that with the refresh log.
- Brianna HollisRight, access. Who can see client pay rates? That's the thing my president would ask first.
- Theo GallagherThat's an access question, so I'll answer it carefully. Access follows the roles you set in your own Snowflake account. I'll send you the control reference and the role list, and I won't say more until I've checked it.
- Brianna HollisFair enough. Our IT team will need to sign off on anything we connect. Is there a list of what you'd read?
- Theo GallagherYes. Here is the dated commitment: I'll send the list of sources and fields by the end of next week, so IT can review it before anything is connected.
- Jordan PikeThat works for me. Monique, how's it looking against what you need on a Friday?
- Monique JeffersonCloser than I expected. The invoice check is the bit I care about. If I can stop exporting two reports, that's a big win.
- Theo GallagherThen let's look at the open orders by shift. Same filter, one more step, and you can see which orders have no invoice raised yet.
- Brianna HollisCan the leads ask questions in plain words too, or do they need training first?
- Theo GallagherPlain words, the same way they'd ask a colleague. Training helps them learn what the answers mean, but they don't need to learn a query language.
- Monique JeffersonThat's good, because I don't want to be the only one who can ask it.
- Theo GallagherAgreed. Key-person risk is something I'd flag early. We can set up a short session so more than one person is comfortable with it.
- Jordan PikeRight, we've got about ten minutes. What's the one thing that would make you say yes, Monique?
- Monique JeffersonThat the invoice check runs before a client calls us about a missing bill. And that it's simple enough for my team to use without me.
- Jordan PikeBoth fair. Brianna, anything else from your side?
- Brianna HollisOnly the security pack. Please send it before the next call so IT isn't surprised.
- Theo GallagherYes, I'll send the control reference and the role list with the connector sources. Thanks, Brianna.
- Jordan PikeNext step is the proposal. I'll come back to you on that with the details. Thanks, everyone, that was a good hour.
- Monique JeffersonThanks Jordan, thanks Theo. Bye all.
- Brianna HollisBye, thanks.
- Theo GallagherThanks, all. Speak soon. Bye.
