What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Victoria Spence reported that the last day of each tenancy was missing from a calendar export to a spreadsheet. A longer date range worked as a workaround, and the ticket was closed on 7 Jul 2024.
Problem: Victoria Spence found that exporting a tenancy calendar to a spreadsheet dropped the last day of each tenancy.
Handling: Bethan Lister asked her to set the date range one day longer, and on 21 Jun 2024 Victoria confirmed that the longer range worked as a workable fix for now. The ticket was solved on 3 Jul 2024, but the record does not show why or whether a permanent fix was made.
Watch: The customer praised the new calendar view, so the export gap is a fault in a feature they value.

- Public reply · Bethan Lister 19 Jun 2024 00:09Hi Victoria, thanks for the clear description, and glad the calendar view is working well for you. Just so I've got this right: the export drops the final day of each tenancy? Can you try the export with the date range set one day longer and tell me what you see? I'll check how the calendar handles end dates on our side. Thanks, Bethan
- Public reply · Victoria Spence 21 Jun 2024 13:02Hi Bethan, the longer range works, so that's a workable fix for now. Thanks for picking it up. Victoria
