- created · Liam Sedgwick 13 May 2026 12:08Hi, a few of our retailer accounts are appearing twice in the complaints view, once from the ERP feed and once under a slightly different name. The credit totals don't match what finance has, so we're not sure which figures to trust. Could you take a look when you get a chance? Thanks, Liam
- Public reply · Ruth Okoro 13 May 2026 14:43Hi Liam, thanks for flagging this. From what you've described, the two entries are being matched differently between your ERP and the complaints feed. Could you send me three of the retailer names that look doubled, so I can check the match rules against them? Thanks, Ruth
- Public reply · Liam Sedgwick 14 May 2026 09:59Hi Ruth, the ones I can see are the big supermarket chains where the name has a trailing code on the ERP side. I've sent you three examples this morning. Liam
