What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Oliver reported that the tickets and usage pages were very slow in late September 2024. Bethan Lister found query times up early morning, linked to a late nightly refresh.
Problem: Oliver Rushworth said pages took over a minute and morning queries timed out for about forty daily users. Handling: Bethan Lister checked the tenant and an internal note linked early-morning slowness to the nightly refresh landing late for some sources. Felix Dorran was brought in to review the refresh schedule. Watch: The nightly refresh should complete by 07:00 customer local time, so a late refresh is a service concern. The evidence does not show when the schedule was fixed.

- created · Oliver Rushworth 27 Sep 2024 09:21Hi, the tickets and usage pages have been very slow since the start of the week. Some pages take more than a minute to finish loading, and the morning queries time out before the team can get through them. About forty of us use these pages every day, so this is holding up our reviews. Could someone look at it today? We're happy to send screenshots. Thanks, Oliver
- Public reply · Bethan Lister 27 Sep 2024 11:00Hi Oliver, thanks for flagging this, I've picked it up. Just so I've got this right, is it every page or mainly the tickets and usage ones? And do you see it at the same time each morning? Can you try the same page in a private window and tell me what you see? Thanks, Bethan
- Internal note · Bethan Lister 27 Sep 2024 13:59Checked the tenant. Query times on the usage and ticket tables are up in the early morning, which lines up with the nightly refresh landing late for some sources. Not reproduced during the day, so likely timing rather than the pages themselves. Looping in Felix to look at the refresh schedule for this customer.
