Problem: Euan Drummond, Payroll Systems Manager at Duddingston Payroll, says some employer records show the wrong payroll deadline in the client manager view. He has checked the underlying records and they are correct.
Handling: Bethan Lister reproduced the wrong deadline on one employer record on 9 Oct 2026 and believes the cause is the refresh rather than the source. She said she would update him once she has checked on BG-Demo's side.
Watch: The customer has not yet sent the employer name Bethan asked for, and the evidence does not show when the view will be correct. The ticket is pending.

Just so I've got this right, the wrong dates appear only in the client managers' view and not in the source? Can you try this and tell me what you see? First, open one of the affected employer records. Then note the deadline shown and compare it with the one in your payroll system. Finally, send me the employer name and I'll check the refresh. Some employer records are showing a payroll deadline that doesn't match what's in our payroll system. The underlying records we've checked are right, so it seems to be in the client manager view.
