How do I share a view with my team?

Hello, we've been using B-Viz for a few months now and the client managers keep asking for one place to see each employer's payroll queries, deadlines, calls and fees together. I've had a look around the views but I can't work out how to share one with the team. Is there a way to set up a shared view and give the client managers access to it without making them full admins? I've tried duplicating the view I made for myself, but the copy still only shows for me. Thanks, Euan

Hi Euan, No need to apologise, and thanks for the detail. Just so I've got this right, you want the client managers to see each employer's payroll queries, deadlines, calls and fees together, and you want to share that view with them rather than give everyone admin rights. Here's how I'd do it: First, open the view and choose the sharing option from its menu. Next, add each colleague using their work email address. Last, ask one of them to open the view from their own account and tell me what they see. If it doesn't appear for them, can you try that and tell me exactly what message they get? Quote the text word for word if you can, that helps a lot. Thanks, Bethan
