What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Ailsa Pringle reported that payroll queries raised after the last load do not show, while older ones do. Bethan Lister asked for three checks and said she had not yet reproduced the fault.
Problem: Queries raised since the last load are missing from the payroll queries page, while older queries still show.
Handling: Bethan asked the customer to check the connector's sign-in account, refresh the connector status page, and report the last sync time and any error text.
Watch: The thread ends with that request and the record does not show the results. The ticket was solved on 9 Jun 2026 and closed on 13 Jun 2026.

- created · Ailsa Pringle 20 May 2026 14:48Hi, the payroll queries page has stopped picking up new queries from our client managers. The older queries are all there, but anything raised since the last load doesn't show. I've checked the source is still connected and it looks fine on our side. Is there something that needs resetting at your end? Not urgent, but it's getting in the way of our client calls. Thanks, Ailsa Pringle, Senior Client Manager, Duddingston Payroll
- Public reply · Bethan Lister 21 May 2026 00:15Hi Ailsa, thanks for flagging this. Just so I've got this right: queries raised after the last load aren't showing, while older ones are. Could you try the following and tell me what you see? First, check that the account the connector signs in with is still active. Next, select refresh on the connector status page and wait for it to finish. Last, tell me whether the last sync time has moved on, and copy the exact message it shows if there is an error. I haven't reproduced this yet, so I won't guess at the cause. Thanks, Bethan
