As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Euan Drummond asked how to export one employer's fee history before a review meeting. Kate Ormerod pointed him to the export on the fee summary, and he confirmed the totals matched finance.
Problem: Euan could see the fee figures but could not pull them out as a file, and the client manager needed them for a meeting later that week.
Handling: Kate explained the export option on the fee summary, with date range and file type, and offered to check the role if the button was greyed out.
Watch: The ticket was solved on 5 Mar 2026 and closed on 9 Mar 2026. The record does not show the export being needed again.

- created · Euan Drummond 3 Mar 2026 08:10Morning, I hope you're well. We have a review meeting with one of the bigger employers later this week and the client manager needs their fee history for the last year in one export. I can see the fee figures on the page but I can't work out how to pull them out as a file. Is there a quick way to do that today? It's quite time sensitive, so I'd appreciate a reply as soon as you can. Thanks, Euan
- Public reply · Kate Ormerod 3 Mar 2026 08:52Morning Euan, thanks for getting in touch so early. Yes, you can export the fee history from the employer view. Use the export option on the fee summary, pick the date range you need and choose the file type. If the export button is greyed out, let me know which role you're logged in with and I'll check straight away. Kate
- Public reply · Euan Drummond 5 Mar 2026 16:53Hi Kate, the export worked and the totals match what finance has. Thanks for the quick help, it saved us a lot of time. Euan
