Problem: Nathan Hulme, Senior Property Manager, saw the same repair twice with the same description and date, and found several more doubled.
Handling: Ruth Okoro asked him not to delete either row, and said she would confirm with the team that owns the import before re-running it.
Watch: The thread ends on 25 Sep 2026 without the import team's answer, yet the ticket was solved on 2 Oct 2026.

I think it's something to do with a repair being raised and then re-raised, but I can't see why it's doubled. I don't know if the others are fine or just not checked yet. Can someone take a look? Not sure what you need from me, a screenshot or the reference?

I'd like to see whether the duplicate comes from the import or from the repair itself. Please don't delete either row yet, so I can compare them. Ruth

Both rows share the same source reference, so the duplication is happening when the repair is pulled across, not when it's raised. I haven't changed anything yet. I want to confirm with the team that owns the import before I re-run it, so I don't make it worse. I'll come back to you once I know. Ruth
