What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Rachel Feldman reported several new finance users cannot see sponsor invoices, and suspects the single sign-on group permissions. Ruth Okoro asked for two user names and their sponsors to check group membership.
Problem: several new finance users cannot see the invoices for the sponsors they support, and the customer wants no broader access than needed.
Handling: Ruth Okoro asked on 7 Oct 2026 for two user names and the sponsor each should see, so group membership can be compared with the invoice view.
Watch: the ticket status is pending, and the record does not show the customer's reply.

- created · Rachel Feldman 7 Oct 2026 14:37Hello, we have added several new people from our finance team this week, and they cannot see the invoices for the sponsors they support. Their accounts are set up through our single sign-on, so I think the permissions are coming from the group they belong to. Can you help me work out which group needs changing? I would rather not give them broader access than they need. Thanks, Rachel
- Public reply · Ruth Okoro 7 Oct 2026 18:57Hello Rachel, thanks for the detail, that is helpful. To check the access rules I need two things from you: the names of one or two of the new finance users, and the sponsor each of them should be able to see. Once I have those, I can compare their group membership with the invoice view. I will update the ticket once I have checked. Kind regards, Ruth
