Handling: Bethan Lister asked for timings on 29 Sep 2026 and on 1 Oct 2026 passed the slow page to the performance engineer, without promising a date.
Watch: the ticket was solved on 7 Oct 2026, but the record gives no cause or fix and does not show whether the slowness has gone.

- created · Rachel Feldman 29 Sep 2026 13:18Hi. The sponsor pages have been slow to load for the last week or so, especially the page listing all studies for our largest sponsor. Some pages take long enough that people are going back to their old spreadsheets. Could you look into it? I am happy to share the page addresses if that helps.
- Public reply · Rachel Feldman 29 Sep 2026 16:26Hi again. It is the studies page for the sponsor with the most studies. I tried the same page in a different browser and it is still slow, so I do not think it is just my laptop. Happy to do a call if that is quicker.
- Public reply · Bethan Lister 29 Sep 2026 17:31Hi Rachel, I have picked this up. Just so I have got this right, the studies page for your largest sponsor is slow, and it is slow in more than one browser. Could you try these steps and tell me what you see? First, open the studies page for that sponsor in a private window. Second, note how long it takes to show the first list of studies. Third, repeat this with the page for a smaller sponsor. Can you try that and tell me what you see? I will compare the timings with our usage records. Thanks, Bethan
- Public reply · Bethan Lister 1 Oct 2026 13:30Hi Rachel, thanks for the timings. The slow load looks to be on the sponsor with the most studies, and I have passed that to our performance engineer to look at. I am not going to promise a date yet because I do not want to guess. If you see it again, please tell me the time it happens and I will add it to the notes. Thanks, Bethan
