- created · Joanna Platt 21 Jul 2026 16:10Hi team, Our dashboards are showing figures from before last night's refresh, and they haven't moved since. The pipeline overview and the weekly rollups are both affected from what I can see. I've checked the obvious things on our side, including reloading the pages and clearing the cache, and nothing changes. This is urgent for us. Two consultants are presenting to a client tomorrow morning and need numbers they can stand behind. What does the client need on day one? For us, it's fresh numbers and a clear line on when they'll be right. Can you let me know which of those you can give me today? Thanks, Joanna
- Public reply · Bethan Lister 21 Jul 2026 17:06Hi Joanna, just so I've got this right: the dashboards are showing figures from before last night's refresh across the pipeline overview and the weekly rollups? I've picked this up. We're seeing a failed nightly refresh on our side that affects several accounts, so this isn't something your team has changed. Could you try the following and tell me what you see? First, reload the pipeline overview. Second, check the 'last refreshed' time in the footer and send me what it says. Thanks, Bethan
- Public reply · Joanna Platt 23 Jul 2026 11:08Hi Bethan, I've tried both. The footer still shows the refresh from before it failed, and the overview hasn't changed. We need a number we can stand behind for tomorrow. Is there a time we can expect the refresh to complete? Let's write that down so the team know what to show the client. Thanks, Joanna
- Public reply · Bethan Lister 23 Jul 2026 16:01Hi Joanna, the refresh has now completed on our side and the pipeline overview matches the source. I marked this solved a little early and have set it back to open while we check the weekly rollups. Please reload and tell me if anything still looks wrong. I'm not going to close it until you've confirmed. Thanks, Bethan
- Public reply · Joanna Platt 23 Jul 2026 16:35Hi Bethan, the headline figures now match the source, thank you. Two of the weekly rollup pages still look behind, though. Are they still catching up, and if so, can you tell me what they're waiting on? Our consultants can show the headline pages tomorrow, but the rollups would be a problem. Thanks, Joanna
- Internal note · Bethan Lister 23 Jul 2026 16:37Weekly rollup pages still lagging for this account. Rollup re-run is queued behind the main refresh, per Arjun. Not confirmed yet, so don't give the customer a time. Headline figures verified against source at 16:00. Keep open and check rollups after the queue clears.
