Trade credit figures out of step with sales for a housebuilder account

Hi, I need someone to look at why a big housebuilder account is showing different trade credit figures in the credit view from the figures sales can see. The orders and deliveries look right in the sales view, but the credit position is behind, and it isn't clear to me which one is correct. The credit side says its figures are current, so I'm not sure whether the connector has stopped loading or whether it's a data issue. This account matters a lot to us, and the team needs both views to agree before the next delivery run. Can you tell me what you need from me? The account number is in the email I sent earlier. Hi Neil, just so I've got this right, the sales view and the credit view are showing different figures for the same housebuilder account, and the credit view has fallen behind? Two things would help. First, the account number you mentioned in your email, and the branch it's mainly served from. Second, a screenshot of the credit figure in both views, with the time you took it. I'll pick this up from the connector side and check when the credit feed last loaded this account. I'll leave the connector as it is in the meantime. Thanks, Bethan

Bethan, cheers for getting on to this. The account number is in my email and the branch is the main one serving it in the north. I'd have said the credit feed was fine, but I can't prove it. Screenshot attached from this morning. Sales are seeing the new delivery, credit is still on the old position. Let's sort it, not talk about it. Cheers, Neil
