What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026The main collections dashboard showed yesterday's figures while other dashboards were current. Kate Ormerod suspected cached data at the dashboard layer; the ticket closed on 3 Jul 2026.
Problem: Eoin Hegarty reported that the main collections dashboard still showed yesterday's figures while other dashboards were current.
Handling: Kate Ormerod found that the collections source had refreshed on schedule, suspected cached data at the dashboard layer, and passed the question to the platform team. Eoin then confirmed that the data was fresh when queried directly.
Watch: the record does not show the platform team's reply or a confirmed cause. The data was current at source, so the suspected fault sits in the dashboard layer rather than the refresh.

- Public reply · Kate Ormerod 23 Jun 2026 10:43Hi Eoin, thanks for raising this. Let me check the refresh logs for the collections connector - can you tell me what time you last saw current data? That'll help me narrow down when it stopped refreshing.
- Internal note · Kate Ormerod 23 Jun 2026 11:50Checked logs - collections source completed refresh on schedule. Dashboard may be using cached data. Need to check with the platform team on dashboard layer.
- Public reply · Eoin Hegarty 23 Jun 2026 16:45We can see the data is fresh when we query directly. Is it just the dashboard that's out of sync?
