As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Rosalind Pidgeon is the CRM champion at Brightcombe Veterinary and the day-to-day sponsor of the Starter rollout for the farm team. Edward Cleave holds the signing decision. She has raised one open ticket and asked about adding people later.
Role: Head of Farm Services and CRM champion. She joined the discovery, demo, proposal and kickoff calls, brought Bryony Vosper in as systems owner, and pushed for a bigger tier than Starter. Her platform user was created on 27 Sep 2026 and is not an admin.
Influence: She shapes adoption and scope, for example insisting invoices are in scope. Edward Cleave, Chief Executive, decides on price and signing. She asked 1 of 37 questions in the last 90 days, 3% of the organisation's questions.
Watch: Her ticket on visits showing against the wrong farm is open, with a first response of 415 minutes. She asked about adding people, which Hollie Grieve parked as a renewal conversation. She also flagged an invoice total that looks different from paper.
