Insight
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Procurement lead at Kielderside Growth Agency who runs the open tender process. She keeps all questions in the portal and the timetable fixed. The Enterprise bid is at the negotiation stage, with signature planned by 13 Nov 2026.
Role: Category Manager, Procurement, and the agency's process owner. She ran the 14 Jul 2026 tender presentation and restated the timetable on the 8 Oct 2026 negotiation call: standstill, board approval, signature by 13 Nov 2026.
Influence: she controls how BG-Demo may engage, not the award score. She keeps scoring comments out, will not extend a deadline for one bidder and will not take questions off the record. The evidence does not show an award decision.
Watch: marketing invitations sent to her during the tender had no reply and could be unwelcome. Send one note via her, copying all attendees, and use the portal for every commercial or security question.
