Insight
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Head of IT at Hartside Student Living and the security voice on the Growth implementation. He wants tight data scope and permissions in writing. He has not replied to two BG-Demo invitations.
Role: Head of IT at Hartside Student Living, recorded in the CRM with the it_security role. He joined the 16 Apr 2026 Growth kickoff alongside Bethany Cole and Sana Rahman.
Influence: he sets the conditions for connectors going live. He asked for the architecture to be clear first and for permissions in writing, and wants HR files and ticket free text kept out at first.
Watch: his review of permissions, folder scope and ticket personal data could slow the connectors. The helpdesk connection is still to be agreed. He has shown no reply to the 1 Jun 2026 or 3 Jul 2026 invitations, so his engagement outside the kickoff is not shown.
