Insight
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Finance Director and economic buyer at Thackwray Logistics. He signed the Growth deal, then moved to Enterprise, and judges each renewal on who uses the brain and what it saves. He has said he does not renew on autopilot.
Role: Finance Director and the CRM economic buyer. He is the finance gate on every commercial step, from the Growth proposal in 2025 to the Enterprise order form sent on 27 Mar 2026. He is not an admin and has no tickets.
Influence: He decides. Kelly Swainston and Josh Pearce speak for use, but Steven sets the test: usage and cost per order, with a saving he can take to the board.
Watch: At the 21 Aug 2026 QBR he said he will not add users until people return, and wants usage back up before the 4 Apr 2027 renewal. No pound saving has been given to him yet.
