What the paper says
Document roll-up
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Stannard Vale Recruitment has two Starter proposals, a draft of 25 Apr 2025 and a final of 30 Apr 2025, both at £26k. Neither is signed and no order form is held. The final adds service levels and a 30-day renewal notice that the draft lacks.
Executed: no executed document is held for Stannard Vale Recruitment, so there are no contracted terms on file. Both documents are proposals. The 30 Apr 2025 proposal says the order form and Master Service Agreement follow on approval.
Open items: the draft proposal of 25 Apr 2025, marked "Draft, for discussion" and authored by Lewis Kerr, prices implementation at £6,000 over 4 weeks and a Year 1 Starter subscription at £20k. The total is £26k excluding VAT.
The proposal stored as final on 30 Apr 2025 carries the same prices and adds a term of 12 months from go-live. It is not an order form and is not signed. The £20k is a proposal price, not ARR.
Contradictions: the two proposals agree on price. The draft of 25 Apr 2025 states no service levels, while the 30 Apr 2025 proposal quotes 99.5% availability and a 4 business hours first response.
The 30 Apr 2025 proposal also sets renewal "With 30 days' notice", which the draft does not state. That is shorter than the 90-day renewal notice the CSM normally works to, and the customer may rely on it.
Commitments: none. Neither proposal is executed, so no service level, delivery date or billing term is a live obligation.
Gaps: both documents were read, so this roll-up covers everything held. Neither record shows a signature, a start date or an executed order form.
Without a start date, the records do not show whether a renewal falls under the v2 price book. The next step is to confirm whether an order form was ever executed and file it.
