Lewis Kerr 22 Jul 2025 15:56Hi Philippa and Henry, Thank you both for making time for the discovery call. I know it covered a lot, so I have tried to capture what you told us. You want one way for your teams to ask questions across the systems you already use, without reconciling them by hand. The Starter tier looks like the right starting point for one team. To put a number on it, the proposal we are preparing comes to £25,500 in total, and we are working towards a decision by 4 Sep 2025. I will send the proposal over once it is checked. In the meantime, if anything I have noted is wrong, please tell me. Kind regards, Lewis
