Ask: Lewis asked Troy, Kylie and Narelle to confirm by 12 Jan 2026. He would send the order form the same day.
Customer view: Kylie, Customer Service Manager, is still reviewing with Narelle and asks for time. Troy, the General Manager, did not reply.
Next: the deal is at negotiation in the CRM, not signed. Lewis should hold the terms and follow up around the second week of January.

The Starter deal is at negotiation, with a deal amount of £28,000 and an expected close of Monday 12 Jan 2026. Happy to put a number on it for you, with no VAT to add, and I can break out anything Narelle needs for the finance side. Could you confirm by Monday 12 Jan 2026 whether you're happy to go ahead?
