Ask: Caroline wants a first session on anonymised or sample records, early the following week, and will check whether a patient services colleague can join.
Customer view: positive but cautious. She replied three days after Tom's email and ties anything beyond the demo to Jeremy's approval.
Next: Tom to agree a date and prepare sample data.

The idea is to show B-Viz working on a sample of your own data, so you can see what an insurer would see when you ask about a particular contract or complaint. It would take about an hour. Could you let me know a couple of times that suit you and anyone else you would like in the room? If your information governance colleagues want to sit in on the data side, that is no problem at all. A demo would be welcome, but I should be clear that I will need to take it to Jeremy before we commit to anything beyond that, and our information governance team will want to know what data is used. Could we use anonymised or sample records for the first session? Early next week would suit me better than this week, and I will check with a colleague in patient services about joining.
