What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Mostly logistical: Laura Penhaligon booked the next session for Monday 10:00 and wrote an access request for Colm to approve, via Niamh Fahy. Niamh was cooperative. Colm's approval is not shown.
Ask: Laura wanted read access to the source system, and Niamh asked her to write the request because Colm "likes to see exactly what is being asked for".
Customer view: Niamh was helpful and available from 09:30 on Monday. The thread does not show whether Colm approved.
Next: if approval is missing, the 12 Jan 2026 session goes ahead read-only and the live connection waits.

- Laura Penhaligon 8 Jan 2026 10:19Hi Niamh, Thanks for your time this week. To keep things moving I would like to book the next session, where we start connecting the first source and look at how the records show up in B-Viz. Before then, would you be able to ask Colm for read access to the source system we discussed? Without it I cannot do much on the day. If it helps, I can write the request myself and you can forward it to him. Do you have time early next week? Tell me which days work and I will fit in. Best, Laura
- Niamh Fahy 9 Jan 2026 11:47Hi Laura, Yes please, if you could write the access request that would be easiest, as Colm likes to see exactly what is being asked for before he approves anything. I will forward it on as soon as I have it. For the session, Monday morning is fine for me. I am free from 09:30 until lunch. Thanks, Niamh
- Laura Penhaligon 12 Jan 2026 08:41Hi Niamh, Good morning. The access request is attached to the invite I have just sent, written so that Colm can read it without needing any background. Please forward it to him when you can. I have set our session for today at 10:00. If Colm has not replied by then, we will go through the source in read-only mode on screen and leave the live connection until he has approved it. Nothing is lost by that, it just means one more step later. See you shortly, Laura
