Logistical thread: Callie Brennan and Holly Garside agreed a kickoff call for 14:30 on 9 May 2024. Holly named Oliver Rushworth as admin and flagged Dale Pickles must approve access to ticketing and CRM data.

Customer view: Holly, Head of Customer Success, is cooperative and familiar with this kind of product from her last place. She will bring Oliver, and will check whether Dale can join for part of the call.

Next: Callie will open with scope for the 40 licensed users, the connector order and the written access needed, and send a checklist beforehand.

Hi Holly, Welcome aboard, and thanks for signing off the Growth order form yesterday. I'm Callie and I'll be running your implementation. Before we switch on the refresh, I'd like to hold a kickoff call so we can agree the plan for the first few weeks. What I need from your side is a rough idea of which systems you want connected first, and who will be your day-to-day admin. Could you do tomorrow afternoon or Friday morning? An hour should be plenty. I'll walk through the connector list, the access I need in writing, and a date against each step. Thanks, Callie

Hi Callie, Thanks, good to meet you. Tomorrow afternoon works. Anything after 14:00 is fine for me. I had this at my last place, so I know roughly what to expect. Oliver Rushworth on my team will be the admin. I'll bring him along. Dale Pickles, our Head of IT, will need to sign off access to anything that touches our ticketing and CRM data, so I'll check whether he can join for part of it. Thanks, Holly

Hi Holly, That's great. I've put the kickoff in for 14:30 today and sent the invite to you. I've added Oliver, and I've left a space for Dale if he can make the first half hour. I'll open with the plan for the hour: scope for the 40 licensed users, the connector order, and what access I need in writing before I start anything. I'll send a short checklist beforehand so Oliver can see it. Speak soon, Callie
