What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026After discovery, Tom Ashdown positioned Growth to Holly Garside, who asked for a demo on their data starting with renewals. Her chief executive must see it first, and Holly cannot commit budget without her.
Ask: Holly wants usage per provider beside tickets, and renewals first. She will bring one colleague.
Customer view: she confirmed Tom's summary but said she cannot commit budget without her chief executive.
Next: Tom is working back from 22 Apr 2024 as the decision date and will send demo slots. The chief executive is the unseen decision-maker.

- Tom Ashdown 2 Feb 2024 14:50Hi Holly, Thanks for your time earlier, really enjoyed it. Good to hear how your team currently pulls tickets, renewals and usage together for each care provider. Sounds like a lot of hopping between systems. As I understood it, you want customer success to see one picture per provider without anyone rebuilding it by hand each month. That's what Growth is aimed at, and it would sit inside your own Snowflake account. I'll confirm any pricing properly in the proposal, I won't quote from memory. Next step from me: a demo on your own data, so you're not looking at a made-up example. Does that sound right? And is there anyone else you'd want in the room? Cheers, Tom
- Holly Garside 2 Feb 2024 17:36Hi Tom, Thanks, that's a fair summary. Yes, a demo on our data please. What does the usage say is what I always ask first. So I'd like to see usage per provider next to the tickets. Renewals too. Let's start with the renewals. I'd bring one colleague from my team. Our chief executive will want to see it before anything is agreed, so keep that in mind on timing. I can't commit budget without her. Thanks, Holly
- Tom Ashdown 5 Feb 2024 17:48Hi Holly, No drama on any of that. Leave it with me. I'll build the demo around renewals first, then tickets against usage. I'm working back from 22 Apr 2024 as the date we'd like a decision by, so we have room for your chief executive to have a look without anyone rushing. I'll send some slots shortly. Cheers, Tom
