Nell recapped the discovery call and put the Starter proposal at £26k total, implementation included. Terry said the price is more than he expected and asked for a demo on Sprotbrough's own data before deciding.

Ask: Nell offered a demo on Sprotbrough's own data and aimed to agree things by 17 Jul 2023. Terry raised cost and whether the firm could build it themselves.

Customer view: Terry said "The price is more than I expected" and that he would think about it. Donna, the Operations Director, thinks the consultants would use it, so the value case has an internal supporter.

Next: run the demo on Sprotbrough's data and set out how the £26k splits between implementation and subscription.

Hi Donna, hi Terry, Thanks for your time today. Here's what I took away, so you can tell me if I've got it wrong. Your consultants currently piece together each client's roles, placements and invoices from separate systems. Donna's aim is that they spend that time on candidates instead. Terry's question was what it would cost and whether you could do it yourselves. On cost: the Starter proposal comes to £25,500 as the total value of the deal, implementation included. I'm happy to show you how that breaks down. On doing it yourselves: it's a fair question, and the honest answer is that it depends on how much of your team's time you'd want to spend keeping it running. If useful, I can run a short demo on your own data. We're aiming to agree things by 17 Jul 2023, but there's no rush from my side. Best, Nell

Nell, Thanks for the note. The price is more than I expected. I'll think about it. Donna thinks the consultants would use it. Show us the demo on our own data and then we'll see. Terry
