As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Implementation kickoff recap for the Growth contract with 40 licensed users. Thijs Brouwer asked that Wouter Smits see the connection steps first and that customs exception data be in the first source. Laura Penhaligon agreed.
Ask: Thijs corrected the recap on two points. Wouter should receive the connection steps before anyone acts, and exception data should be visible from the start, not a later phase.
Customer view: The team is engaged and cooperative. Security sign-off sits with Wouter, and the customs desk has a clear priority for the first source.
Next: Laura will send the steps to Wouter with Thijs copied and confirm where exception data sits. Sanne Verhoeven was asked for a priority importer list by the end of the week. The thread shows no reply from her.

- Laura Penhaligon 26 Jan 2026 17:54Hello all, Thank you for your time at the kickoff. A short summary of what we agreed, so that we are all working from the same list. - Thijs will be the main admin for B-Viz and my day-to-day contact during implementation. - Wouter will confirm how B-Viz can reach your systems, and what the security side needs from us, before we connect the first source. - Sanne's team will tell us which importers and which views matter most for the account managers, so we build for them first. - I will send the connection steps for the first source to Thijs and Wouter this week. The contract is Growth, with 40 licensed users. Elena is copied and will look after the account once we are live. If I have missed or misunderstood anything, please say so. Kind regards, Laura Implementation Consultant, BG-Demo
- Thijs Brouwer 27 Jan 2026 16:33Hi Laura, Thanks for the summary, it matches my notes. One correction: Wouter would like to see the connection steps before I do anything on our side, so please send them to him first and copy me. Also, the customs desk will want exception data visible from the start, not as a later phase. I think that should be in the first source, but Wouter and I need to look at where it lives. Wouter, please shout if I have this wrong. Thijs
- Laura Penhaligon 27 Jan 2026 16:47Thanks Thijs, understood. I will send the connection steps to Wouter first, with you copied, and we will treat exception data as part of the first source. I will confirm once we know where it sits. Sanne, it would help to have your short list of priority importers by the end of the week, if that is realistic. Best, Laura
