Hollie Grieve asked for a check-in a few months after go-live. Meredith Sullivan agreed, said more of her team are asking questions, and a call was set for 11:00 Boston time on a Thursday.

Ask: Hollie wanted 30 minutes to hear how sponsor relations, study management and finance are using B-Viz.

Customer view: Meredith apologised for a slow reply after sponsor escalations, but said "More of my team are asking questions now, so I have plenty to share." That is a positive adoption signal.

Next: Hollie sent the invite and asked her to bring the heaviest question-askers. The evidence does not show the call outcome.

Hi Meredith, Hope you're well. It's been a few months since go-live and I'd love to get a check-in in the diary so we can hear how your sponsor relations team is finding B-Viz, and what the study management and finance teams are doing with it now. I can do 30 minutes early next week or the week after. Would a morning in your time zone suit, say around 10:00 Boston time? I'm happy to work around your calendar. Best, Hollie

Hi Hollie, Thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the slow reply. Last week was a scramble with a couple of sponsor escalations. A check-in is a great idea. More of my team are asking questions now, so I have plenty to share. Thursday works best for me, ideally late morning. If that's too early for you in London, Friday afternoon my time is my backup. Let's get ahead of it before the next round of sponsor reviews. Thanks, Meredith

Hi Meredith, Thursday it is. I've sent the invite for 11:00 your time, which is mid afternoon for me, so that works well. Do forward it to anyone on your team you'd like to join, particularly anyone who is asking the most questions. I'll bring a short view of how things are going on our side, but I'd rather spend the time on what you want from it. Speak soon, Hollie
