What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Meredith Sullivan accepted Wednesday at 11:00 for the Enterprise kickoff and asked how each sponsor's studies, issues and invoices will show, with nothing visible across sponsors. Positive, with a clear data-separation requirement.
Ask: Meredith wants the agenda to cover how sponsor data appears together while staying separate, and offered a second session on Tuesday if needed.
Customer view: engaged and cooperative. She will add Rachel Feldman and someone from study management.
Next: Hamza Akhtar should be ready to explain sponsor-level separation in the Enterprise rollout. The thread does not say how this will be configured.

- Hamza Akhtar 9 Apr 2026 14:24Hi Meredith, Thanks again for the time on the intro call. I would like to get the kickoff for the Enterprise rollout into diaries so we can start on the connectors and the sponsor views you described. I am thinking of a working session of about an hour next week. These slots work for me, in your Boston time: - Tuesday at 10:00 - Wednesday at 11:00 - Thursday at 09:30 I would suggest Rachel Feldman joins as well, since she will be the main admin on your side. If anyone from your finance or study-management teams should be there, tell me and I will add them to the invite. I will send a short agenda once we have a time. Mostly it is walking through which systems come first and who owns each one at Quabbin. Best, Hamza Implementation Consultant, BG-Demo
- Meredith Sullivan 10 Apr 2026 09:53Hi Hamza, Thanks for the quick follow-up. Wednesday at 11:00 works for me. Let's get ahead of it and keep Tuesday free in case we need a second session. Yes, please include Rachel. I will also ask someone from our study-management group to dial in. I will confirm who by tomorrow so you can add them. One thing for the agenda: what does the sponsor know? I want to be clear on how each sponsor's studies, issues and invoices will show up together, and that nothing from one sponsor is visible in another's view. One portfolio, one story, but each sponsor kept separate. Thanks, Meredith
