What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Finance sent Marlcliff's Credit Control Manager a Growth subscription invoice for £44k net, £53k gross, due 25 Jun 2026. It asks for a PO number and mailbox. This is a billing thread with no customer reply.
Ask: Rachel Dunmore sent invoice INV-230-0003, issued 26 May 2026, and asked Michelle Pomeroy for a PO number to quote and whether future invoices should go to a shared credit control mailbox.
Customer view: there is no customer response in the thread, so the evidence does not show whether the invoice was accepted, queried or paid. Accounting records would be needed to confirm payment.
Next: the invoice amount is the price on this invoice only. It should be checked against the executed Growth order form, and the open PO and mailbox questions need an answer.

- Rachel Dunmore 26 May 2026 08:55Hi Michelle, Please find attached invoice INV-230-0003 for your B-Viz Growth subscription, issued today, 26 May 2026. For your records, the figures are: - Net amount: £44,000 - VAT: £8,800 - Gross amount: £52,800 Payment is due on 25 Jun 2026. Our bank details are on the invoice itself, so there is nothing further to set up on your side. Could you confirm the PO number you would like quoted? If your team needs it on the invoice, let me know and I will reissue a copy with it added. Please also tell me if the invoice should go to a different mailbox in future, for example a shared credit control inbox. Thank you for the smooth run so far. It has been a pleasure working with your team on the account. If anything on the invoice does not match what you were expecting, reply here and I will check it against our records straight away. Kind regards, Rachel Dunmore Finance Manager
